Men Under God's Sovereignty (MUGS)

Our Trinity “MUGS” Men’s Group will enjoy their monthly breakfast meeting together on Friday, March 31st at 9:00 AM. The location is the Mills River Restaurant. The group will order from the menu, then share a brief devotional time. All men and boys are invited to attend.

 

PROJECT LINUS

Project Linus will take a hiatus for July and August. Please watch the Trinity Tidings for more information regarding start-up in September.

 

TRINITY WOMEN IN GOD'S SERVICE (T.W.I.G.S) 

It’s a road trip ladies!!!!! On Friday, March 31st we will carpool to the International Equestrian Center In Tryon, NC. Our reservations are set for 11:30. We will be lunching at Roger’s Diner. The restaurant named for Tryon Resort partner Roger Smith, the diner is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering a menu of classic and southern favorites like burgers, patty melts, grits and milkshakes along with breakfast all day and gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian choices. The diner’s shiny metallic exterior and green pinstripe boasts an authentic 50's vibe, and patrons can sit outside at covered patio tables or inside the "Happy Days" era restaurant at comfortable banquettes, booths or a traditional lunch counter.  For more information about carpooling, please contact Dorothy at 333-8851.


Groups

Trinity Women in God’s Service (TWIGS). This women’s group of our congregation meets the last Friday of each month for a time of devotions and prayer, and then car pools to an area restaurant for lunch off of the menu. Call the church office for meeting times and lunch locations.

Men Under God’s Sovereignty (MUGS). Our congregational men’s group meets the last Friday of each month at an area restaurant at 9:00 AM. After ordering individual breakfasts from the menu, we join in a spirited devotional and conversation time with prayer. Call the church office for meeting sites each month.

“God’s Cut ups” Sewing Group. Women of all sewing abilities gather to create decorative cloth pieces for our church, and also to create blankets, quilts, and other fabric crafts for local charities. No experience needed! Just bring a willing heart and hands. Call the church office for meeting times.
